Systems Biology Lab
Institut Pasteur, Paris
Systems biology is an approach that builds on new measurement technologies, such as transcriptomics and proteomics, to characterize the dynamic interplay of different cellular components. Our group focuses on developing experimental-computational approaches to advance biomedical questions in the context of infectious disease and the immune system. We distribute the tools that we develop, notably Cytoscape, an open-source platform for visualization and analysis of interaction networks and large-scale 'omics data sets. More on Systems Biology
Our research group is located on the main campus of Institut Pasteur in Paris. We participate in the two French long-term Excellence Lab (''LabEx'') initiatives IBEID and Milieu Intérieur, and the U.S. National Resource for Network Biology.
