How to send a letter from our lab

How do I send a regular letter?

Put your mail in an envelope (in Laurence's office) and hand it to her, or deposit it in one of the letterboxes yourself. Mail for the next day is usually collected from the letterboxes around 3.30pm.

What about an express letter?

Express mail works differently. Usually, you'll need to get the lab head's signature, and the signature of our 'Gestionnaire' (Claude Pinna) on a special form to authorize shipment of express mail. After that, you need to take the contents of the letter to Shipping (Building 16E), where they'll provide an envelope. The service used is usually Chronopost (for France) and FedEx (for international mail).
