CompassXport will convert the following Bruker MS data file formats:
- analysis.baf (APEX, micrOTOF, micOTOF-Q)
- analysis.yep (esquire instrument family)
- fid files (flex instrument family)
The program will also convert Agilent analysis.yep files to mzXML.
