The Systems Biology Lab at the Pasteur Institute is looking for a software engineer for our NIH-funded Cytoscape core extension project.
Requirements:
- Java experience
- Working knowledge of software development tools
- Fluent English
Prior exposure to Cytoscape programming, machine learning algorithms and tools are pluses. Knowledge of the French language is not required (our group is English-speaking). The initial appointment is for 1 year.
